She works with clients on changing the patterns they feel stuck in, uncovering emotions, and creating experiences where they feel heard, valued, and important within themselves and their relationships. She is a LGBTQ+ informed and affirmative therapist.
Caitlin is a New York State Limited Permit Marriage and Family Therapist. She received her Master’s degree in Family Science with an emphasis in Couple and Family Therapy from the University of Kentucky and her Bachelor’s in Human Development and Family Studies from Auburn University. She is a member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapists. Caitlin works with individuals, couples, and families.
Caitlin is enthusiastic about helping her clients develop a deeper understanding of themselves, others, and the world around them. She is determined in her work to create a safe, collaborative, and inclusive space for individuals to explore their thoughts and emotions, while helping them build the skills to make the changes they strive to make. Caitlin places an importance on looking at all psychosocial factors of her clients' lives - from family background to current job stress - and sees how they impact the issues that clients bring to therapy.
