Rebecca is a New York native having grown up on Long Island and now residing in New York City. She has worked with individuals, couples, and families in community clinic and private practice settings. Rebecca has experience working with anxiety, depression, self-confidence issues, body image issues, chronic conflict, communication issues, emotional disconnect, healing from the damaging effects of familial and societal messaging, and negotiating more satisfying relationships.

Rebecca is a New York State Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She received her Master's degree with Honors and Department Distinction in Marriage and Family Therapy from Iona College. She completed her Bachelor's degree in both Psychology and Women's and Gender Studies at Lafayette College. Rebecca is a clinical member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy.

Rebecca is a collaborative, warm, and non-judgmental therapist. She utilizes the unique strengths her clients bring to therapy to help elicit a natural and lasting positive change. Rebecca approaches therapy as her authentic and genuine self, helping her clients feel comfortable bringing forth their most vulnerable selves. She seeks to help clients identify and disrupt negative behavioral and thought patterns, as well as heal emotional wounds that serve as barriers to her clients' individual fulfillment and relationships.

Rates and Insurance:

Sessions are 45 minutes and are held in office or remotely via secure telehealth video software. Rebecca’s fee is $250/session.

Rebecca is an out of network provider, which means if you have out of network benefits you can submit the receipts from your sessions for partial reimbursement. If you’re not familiar with your insurance benefits, this is something we can look into for you. Send an email to our assistant, Kate Bladon, with a photo of the front and back of your insurance card and date of birth to get the information.

If you have a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA), this is a great opportunity to utilize them. Both are acceptable for session payments
